Lobby Cards & Posters Art for DR. RENAULT'S SECRET (1942)

One of the lesser known but very entertaining 20th Century Fox horror pictures from the 1940's.

I was just thinking about watching this movie! The only thing I dislike about it is that it's not even an hour long.

Often brevity is a good thing! The soul of wit and all.

Nice Hamlet reference. Are there any movies that you enjoyed so much that you wished they were longer?

Many! I especially wish for longer versions of films that are so obviously trimmed down. I still wish The Monster Squad was longer because you can tell there was much more shot that got cut to shorten the movie. Bordello of Blood (not a great film) is clearly chopped down with several plot threads left twisting in the wind. The list could go on and on.

I wish for longer versions of films every time I buy a mill creek entertainment 50 movie pack! It pains my heart that I see a cool title like Dr Jekyll and the Werewolf for instance and it'll be a trimmed VHS rip. But I've learned over the years.
