Sick in ways that only a film made in the late 70's or early 80's could have ever been it is amazing in that it rubs the viewers face in the most sordid aspect of watching exploitation stories - you are a voyeur. And he doesn't let it become something you can squirm away from either. It's an unpleasant film but one I respect.
